“Lala was awesome.”
The Hilton lived up to the Hilton brand. The hotel was clean, the restaurants were good and the service was excellent. The best part was check-in and Check-out. Lala was awesome, took care of all of our needs. She insured our rooms were ready and get our bills completed with a smile.

“Thankyou Lala and Hilton!”
We had a LOVELY stay. Receptionist Lala is the sweetest and most helpful lady I ever met. She made sure we had the most wonderful stay. Our room was magnificent, with a great view over the whole city. Thank you so much Lala, you made our stay better than we could imagine.

“Great customer service”
Lala, is an outstanding employee. She assisted us with many requests during our recent visit: she provided salt for food, trash receptacles and trash bags, provided a contact for me to assist me with my tablet, and was always cheerful and has a positive attitude. “Fireworks downtown Austin for July 4th 2024”
We were greeted by Layla with a very big smile. We asked her several questions and she answered them all in order one by one perfectly. Very knowledgeable very professional.
