Location: The hotel is located in downtown Austin, Texas. “Jessica”
Jessica at the front desk is amazing!! I immediately recognized her from the Starbucks at the hotel! She is amazing at her job and makes everyone feel welcome. Jessica should be in charge of hospitality at this hotel, because she is that person!!

“Great experience except I don’t want a timeshare.”
Bellpeople Deshawn & Robert A were great! Room was great. They clean it every day, which is a rarity these days. Though for some reason they don’t replace coffee cups? View was spectacular. Only complaint is being hassled EVERY TIME we walked through the lobby by someone trying to sell us a timesha… more

“Great place to stay near it all!”
This was a great place to stay! Very helpful staff, especially Maurilio at the Bellhop Desk. Very clean and modern hotel near all the great restaurants and bars in downtown Austin. Not far from Congress Bridge where you can go to see the bats.

“Vinny & Ashlee were Excellent hosts for Hilton”
Vinny in the Taco Project (in-house restaurant) was Excellent! Helpful and hospitable. 😀👏 Ashlee at the Front Desk resolved our room issue and provided local sight seeing options. 🎉😀 Overall, a very positive hotel experience. Vinny and Ashlee highlighted our hotel stay.

“Slovenly airport hotel bar.”
I passed thru here Fri. night. Bar was out of the draft handle I selected. I came back Tuesday. They were out again.
