We decided to give this Hampton Inn another try after a disastrous stay in November 2023. This will be our last stay at this particular Hampton Inn. First of all, the staff at the front desk is not friendly. No greeting, no thank you for staying. Our room was good and bad. The bed was comfortable. The sink was very low. There was a lotion dispenser by the sink, but no soap. I called down and was told they were out of soap-unbelievable! I asked for the manager and was told that she was not there. We will never stay at this Hampton Inn again.

Clean enough pleasant staff but I’d have to say as a lifetime Hilton Diamond member (Means I live at Hilton properties more then most live at home) The furnishings in room very as old (Dated) as I can remember seeing just not what I expected for the price I paid but even if it was 100.00 a night I just found it old. When I checked in for my one person double bed I don’t sleep well in a king it was about 5:00 pm and she said room was not ready could I take a single… really for a diamond member and then I asked if they had a king and she said yes… Should have been her first offer to me. Then 11 hours after checkout I finally get my receipt for stay so between no clean room at 5 on a Wed. And no emailed statement till very late next day (Usually get them within an hour) I’d have to guess they have not enough help.
