“Give Neil A Raise”
Neil was the nicest guy ever! Made checkin super smooth and easy. Hope to see him next time! Didn’t take long and hardly any paperwork to fill out. He had good restaurant and shopping recommendations. I checked in around 7:30 pm and it was nice to be greeted with a kind voice after a long drive.

“Would book this hotel every time”
The breakfast was so good. Had variety and clean and organized well and filled up fast when something ran out or was low. Rooms were nice and clean. Neil at front desk was super friendly. Elevators seemed like they needed updating but nothing to worry about.

“Very accommodating!”
We stayed at Fairfield for a holiday youth convention. Even with a full hotel the service was very accommodating for our large group. The staff was very patient with our 20 hyper teenagers. Neil was very kind and hospitable. We had a great experience and felt very welcomed.

“Excellent staff, comfortable, clean rooms.”
We had a small hiccup on check in but Neil was able to quickly sort it out and we ended up in rooms that were better than what we’d paid for. The rooms themselves are clean, comfortable and a huge shower! Thank you to Neil and all the staff for a wonderful stay.

“Great experience”
Neil at the front desk is a very kind man and went out of his way to make me feel welcome. He was very friendly and I plan to stay here again!! He even took my picture in front of the fireplace and gave me recommendations for dinner. The room is clean and mattress is new.
