“We love April!”
Huge shout out to April for her warm and kind hospitality! She is very welcoming and made sure we knew how to get around the hotel and the surrounding area. Great property close to the airport. Convenient since it’s right by the 35. Plenty of parking in case you’re parking a car.

“Amazing hospitality”
Juana is always amazing at the South Austin location. She is attentive and gracious making the end of a crazy work day stress free. I am staying at this location almost weekly as I started a new job and unless I am traveling elsewhere this is my go to locations and Juana helps make it a home away… more

“Week of stay in Austin”
The hotel staffs were pleasant, rooms were comfy. The Starbucks in the lobby is pretty good and the hosts (especially MJ) was great. Only point which I wish the owners did something to improve was if they gave a complimentary bottle of water.

“Go ..MJ”
MJ was Awesome!! Very friendly and helpful!! She's a real asset to the Hotel. Also the frontdesk was helpful as well. The room is very comfortable with a balcony for fresh air....outstanding. MJ made the coffee and cooked the eggs perfectly!!!!

“Old Hotel, Great Staff”
Hotel is quite old but ok. E.g. automatic door at the entrance did not work. However, staff is great! Especially MJ who greets you every morning with a smile and serves tasty breakfast fast! 😀……..,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
