“Amazing dining staff”
My stay was great but I would really like to compliment the dining/grill/ kitchen area. Even though they closed the dining area at 1400, my party came in with around 20 people. “Great customer service”
Adamari and Marisha were so helpful! They went above and beyond to be great hosts and made us feel very welcome! I would highly recommend working with them when you arrive! Hotel was also clean and easy to get around, great pool and facilities!

“Hotel needs Updating. Service was great!!”
The average rating is for a Marriott (I guess) hotel that needs serious updates. The staff especially Francisco (in the restaurant), Heath and Celina(in the bar area) were all great and friendly. Top notch service all around! Just wish the hotel lived up to their service.

“Worn and dirty room”
I am a pretty hardy traveler, and not overly particular. I was surprised how worn and dirty my room was. I found several cockroaches, one in the shower one near the refrigerator.
