“Stunningly good value for what's on offer, if you can survive the breakfast.”

Grim sugary and fast-food breakfast, but otherwise clean, friendly, and super efficient. Brilliant internet, and amazing value. We did have a broken mattress, though that was survivable. Overall, very highly recommended, esp for a business trip.

The room was clean and spacious. The AC worked as it should. I had a late check-in and it went well. The property is by a highway, but once inside the building, you didn't hear the noise. It is also close to shopping and there is a Starbucks in walking distance on the corner. The continental breakfast was very well laid out and had several choices. The large dining area overlooks the pool and hot-tub.

Be aware that there is another, nicer, LaQuinta Tech Center a stone's throw away. We booked a last minute overnight here. The lobby was very nice and had a welcoming fire in the fireplace. I was hopeful. Then an irate gentleman saddled up to the desk wanting to get his money back after finding an extraordinarily personal item left in a drawer in his room. He wondered out loud how he could trust the cleanliness of the room. He wanted out. On the positive side, the desk staff handled this nicely. She demonstrated a good sense of humor. Our room was very reasonably priced. The room was large and nicely appointed with a refrigerator, microwave and had 2 TV's. It was pretty clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. There was only one remote and the volume button did not work. The microwave had not been cleaned and there was some aluminum foil left in it, so when we tried to heat water for tea, it sparked and flamed and we had to unplug it. Repairs in the bathroom were sloppily done with poor painting and puttying. We had > 400 steps to our room because the elevator servicing our wing was out of service. This hotel has good "bones". The pool area is nice and the hot tub was good and hot. But, there were unsupervised kids in the pool area snapping wet towels and tossing them up on the window ledges of the second floor. There needs to be more than one person working the overnight shift here. Morning breakfast was just OK. Selection was below average for hotels with "free breakfast". Shop carefully. There are lots and lots of hotels in this area.
