Stayed here last Friday night, for one night on our way back to Florida from a 3 week road trip. All of our normal hotels we stay at , had raised their prices to close to $300.00 per night ! I guess because it was a weekend ? Anyhow, my wife did a search ,and even with the $35.00 parking fee, this hotel was a $100.00 less than many others. Convenient location right off the interstate, excellent room and service. Nearby restaurants, we ate at the restaurant in the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel in July 2024 and found it to be a popular choice for traveling sports team families. There were teenage baseball and basketball players throughout the hotel. During our stay, we did contact the front desk, as someone in the room above us was dribbling a basketball on the the floor, keeping us awake at 11pm. They informed us they would send security to their room and have them stop. It must have worked, because 20 minutes later, the noise stopped. Pros- Location Price Reasonable parking fee Friendly Staff Clean rooms Cons- Atrium was loud Several kids running and screaming freely through Atrium Overall, I would give them another chance and stay here again, hoping next time guests aren't dribbling basketballs in their room at night.

“Not great”

This hotel is not worth the money they charge. I had to ask to get my room cleaned multiple times and practically beg for more towels. I got charged $6.00 for water I never drank and was told it would be taken off of my bill, only to be charged again for the $6.00 water two days later. I know... more

This hotel is not worth the money they charge. I had to ask to get my room cleaned multiple times and practically beg for more towels. I got charged $6.00 for water I never drank and was told it would be taken off of my bill, only to be charged again for the $6.00 water two days later. I know it's only $6.00 but it's the principal of the whole thing, I purchased my own water at the grocery store and put it in my fridge. I came back to my room and they had put a roll away bed in my room that I didn't ask for. The restaurant wasn't open, just the bar area the entire time we were there and in the bar area the wait for food was over an hour. The housekeeping wasn't good either, the entire 4 night stay the do not disturb sign for the door knob was in the same spot on the floor. I would stay at another hotel if your going to spend this kind of money per night.
