Location: The hotel is located off U.S. Highway 30, in a historical beach area on the banks of the beautiful Columbia River, overlooking the Naselle Mountains. This Astoria hotel is close to the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center and the historic Astoria Column atop Coxcomb Hill, one of the first permanent American settlements west of the Rocky Mountains. “Good place to stay in Astoria”
Great spot to stop in Astoria. We loved the river walk and the Seals. We used it as our base to explore downtown Astoria and its shops. It’s not really walking distance but has the river walk right behind it if so inclined. We loved the walk and the Seals. Just be aware if you open your window… more

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👍”
This is my third time staying at this hotel this year. It feels like home away from home. Highly recommend. The continental breakfast has many options to choose from. Every time i am at this hotel i never use the pool , I always want to but i get busy with all the sites and visiting my friend.

“Convenient & Comfortable Location”
Great location and comfortable stay. We enjoy the pool, hot tub, breakfast, and easy parking. There is a nice walking trail and being close to safeway & gas is helpful. “Best western, best value, best location in Astoria!”
Excellent location on trolley line and river walk. In view of river, goonie house, kindergarten cop school out front door. Sea lions, boats, river great experience. Clean room, good breakfast, amazing staff. Highly recommend if staying in Astoria.
