“Feels like home ….. thank you for the hospitality.”
In the darkest of times for the Asheville community this hotel felt like home. The accommodations were warm and plush. More than that the staff was friendly and caring and always created us with a smile or warm embrace. I will make this hotel my second home in Asheville! See you soon.

“Haven”
We were staying here when Hurricane Helene struck. When we woke up the morning after the storm the hotel had no electricity or running water. The reception and kitchen areas had emergency generators and consequently we were kept fed and looked after on that day. The staff were exceptional throughou… more

“Best Hotel of Our 2 Week Road Trip”
The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet (pay when you make reservations) was reasonably priced and had many options. Easy access to the city as well as numerous tourist activities in the area.

“Very Good hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Well maintained”
Nice hotel. Curb appeal not great but rooms nicely decorated, large. Comfy beds. Good tv. Plenty of parking. Restaurant and bar small. Food good. Lady serving only on her third day but owning it. She did great all on her own. Reception staff nice also. All around very good hotel.
