“Great customer service!”
Great location, comfortable rooms, and free parking … who could ask for more? I’ll add amazing customer service. We were attending a concert at the Harrah’s Cherokee Center. “Bang for your buck”
I like this hotel very convenient off the highway.They are very clean with a gym an lovely restaurant downstairs.I would love to go back they had a senior line dancing looked so fun. I like the family atmosphere an funds are very okkkkkk.Kk. LOL

“Good value compared to others in Asheville”
Within walking distance of everything in downtown Asheville. Clean and decent. Very friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping. Free parking and a restaurant on site that is open late. Great alternative to the pricey hotels in downtown if you don’t mind the dated decor.

“Older but clean property”
Older property, but rooms are clean. Dated rugs in room and common areas. In the evenings, would need to ride-hail to breweries. Free coffee in the morning. The outdoor pool doesn’t have much privacy from street - didn’t see anyone using it. There’sa restaurant onsite.
