“Great service during Bachata Ashville event.”

Grat service. I attended the Bachata Ashville event 17 to 19 January. Staff support made it an extraordinary experience. Of particular note was the restaurant service. Joey, took care of our 14 person birthday party exceptionally well. Experience on part with my stays in IHG hotels in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Europe. Looking forward to next year.

“Fantastic service at a nice conference”
I went there for a CE conference. Even though they were recovering from Hurricane Helene, the hotel was very nice and the staff were exceptional. The restaurant was fantastic. I'd like to return after Ashville is completely back to normal.

“Ok stay not great”
Hotel needs to updated. There was mold on the walls in the hallway off the lobby and wall was wet ! I know of 5 of us that were having respiratory and sinus issues , sure the mold was the reason Our hallway near the convention center smelled of cigarettes and weed. People were definitely smok… more
Hotel needs to updated. There was mold on the walls in the hallway off the lobby and wall was wet ! I know of 5 of us that were having respiratory and sinus issues , sure the mold was the reason Our hallway near the convention center smelled of cigarettes and weed. People were definitely smoking in rooms. Saw people slumped in chairs in lobby hall sleeping / passed out - looked to be homeless. Also so very sketchy people in parking lot. Twice found the door to hotel propped open so it could be entered without a key card. I have been here many times and never had such issues. Restaurant staff is amazing and breakfast buffet good - lady making omelets on weekends is a bit rough / rude
