The hotel is very close to the Biltmore Estate which was a plus. It was a very nice hotel with a very clean Lobby, rooms and breakfast facilities. The breakfast was hot, good and all sanitary steps had been taken for our protection. Plenty of good hot coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful. It even smelled fresh and clean. There was plenty of parking. It is a nice place to stay on vacation.

“Great stay”
We had a great experience, check in and out was seamless.The property is beautiful and clean.The hot breakfast buffet is awesome and the staff super helpful and friendly.Will definitely recommend this location to friends and family.

The hotel is located on a busy street close to an Interstate exit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was about average sized and well organized. The bathroom was a little small (undoubtedly to make space for the separate jetted tub). It had all of the amenities that can reasonably be expected. The mattress was comfortable. The free hot breakfast had every item we wanted it to. Our only complaint was that (at times) the a/c kicked on an off every few seconds. Overall a very good stay.

Comfortable and quiet hotel close to Biltmore Estate. Looks and feels a little dated but well maintained overall. We were in a room with 2 queen beds. Beds very comfortable. Bathroom set up not that great, water spilled out of the shower onto the floor even with care taken to close the curtain, and poorly lit. The basin section was good. Weirdly there was only one bedside table and reading lamp to share across both beds.
