“Great location, good room & breakfast”
We stayed here three nights while visiting Washington DC. The room was comfortable, there was no lift to the first floor, but that wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast was well stocked. We stayed here three nights while visiting Washington DC. The room was comfortable, there was no lift to the first floor, but that wasn't an issue for us. Breakfast was well stocked. The breakfast room was a bit small, but it always seemed to work out - we never had issues. Access to the metro is a short walk, worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again when visiting DC.

“Quick trip to DC with teenager”
Plus- Room was clean, great location with short walk to Metro Station, easy find find right off the interstate, affordable, great breakfast selection each morning Minus - beds were a little too firm for my liking, but not terrible. Would definitely stay again!

We picked this motel because of its location. We stayed four nights. Just a three block walk to the East Falls Church Metro station. Motel check-in was quick and easy. Free parking. We picked this motel because of its location. We stayed four nights. Just a three block walk to the East Falls Church Metro station. Motel check-in was quick and easy. Free parking. Breakfast every morning was excellent. Hot coffee available 24-7, and it is good coffee. The room had a king size bed, small bathroom, frig, no microwave, sitting desk with one chair, spotty wifi. AC was fine. We had a view of the bike trail. Quiet, safe neighborhood. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Staff was friendly. When we return to the DC area, we plan on staying at this Econo Metro again.

“Basic budget hotel near DC”
Dated, small size everything. Small rooms, small parking space, small breakfast room (we end up woke up early because later on there is not enough table for everyone). Don't expect any housekeeping. Dated, small size everything. Small rooms, small parking space, small breakfast room (we end up woke up early because later on there is not enough table for everyone). Don't expect any housekeeping. It is close to metro (10 mins walk), near Arlington and DC and their price is good. Stay here if you intend to spend your day elsewhere and only back to sleep.

We stayed here in October 2024. The hotel its self was for the price what you would expect. So in that respect it is good value. Much cheaper than staying nearer to Washington. It was easy to walk from the metro to the hotel about a 15 minute walk with suitcases. It was fairly easy to find. Rooms were of a good size and fairly clean. It could do with an update. The main issue we had was that the advertised breakfast was no longer and we booked it because it had a free breakfast. We were given a muffin and a multigrain bars. It is not far from supermarkets and places to eat. It was quiet and we had a good sleep for the 5 nights we stayed. Would we stay again. If the price was right and we could not find anywhere else at the same price which included breakfast. The best part was the location as it was easy to get to from the airport on the metro and easy to get into Washington
