The room was very comfortable and the front desk staff very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Yvette! Thanks! The location is a short walk to the center of town. “Soulless hotel”
The hotel is situated in a great location and the hotel gets plenty of business because of the name and location. The hotel is situated in a great location and the hotel gets plenty of business because of the name and location. They check the boxes,,rooms are decent and clean but there is no charm or ambience to the hotel. It feels very sterile. Sometimes when you stay in a hotel, you leave feeling that the experience was charming.I never feel that feeling when I stay here. There is nothing special or cozy about this place.

“Disappointing stay”
Less than thrilled with this hotel. I am a platinum elite lifetime with Marriott Bonvoy. Booked this weekend for our 51st wedding anniversary and birthdays (yes, all on the same day). Let the hotel know. No acknowledgment. The Club Lounge was closed for the season. No free breakfast offered … more
Less than thrilled with this hotel. I am a platinum elite lifetime with Marriott Bonvoy. Booked this weekend for our 51st wedding anniversary and birthdays (yes, all on the same day). Let the hotel know. No acknowledgment. The Club Lounge was closed for the season. No free breakfast offered as other Marriott properties provide when the lounge is unavailable. Asked the front desk at check in if I had received my upgrade. Less than enthusiastic women said yes. Got up to the room and it was not an upgrade. Called front desk and they said ‘my upgrade was denied’ (had a 3 night upgrade I had not used all year). Could not use points as I wanted a water view. Resort added a $30 a night resort fee which could be used as a credit in the restaurant, so changed plans to eat there. Marginal good for breakfast and dinner when I could have eaten at one of the great restaurants in town. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. View of water looking around another building. Noisy with lots of kids which is not the fault of the hotel but the parents who let them run unsupervised in the halls for hours screaming. $1200 for two nights. Will not book here again. Disappointed.
