“Friendly, Cozy Stay in Ann Arbor”

“Difficult To Locate (Behind the Mall) But Worth the Find”

“Great area in Ann Arbor for weekend escape!”
Great location by Briarwood Mall for shuttle service to Ann Arbor Art fair. Hotel staff were very friendly. Areas to sit outside and a great indoor pool for kids and adults. Restaurant was open on Thursday but was told during check-in it was. Not sure what happened so make other plans if needed.

“Don’t let the outside fool you”
Looks great from the outside and the lobby is welcoming but that’s where it stops. The staff, 100% of the staff, is cold and rude. Front desk, bar staff — all — awful. Rooms are poorly lit and simply average at best. If this place gets 4 out of 5 stars I’m in the wrong business.
