“Mediocre”
3/5 Had much more of a motel vs hotel vibe. Front staff was a husband, child and his wife. Very unkept and slightly unnerving. The one elevator was sketchy. “Poor customer service.”
Horrible experience at check out. Was told by front desk that we had not stayed there, when she was the same person that checked us in. Instead she should attempted to find the problem that she was making. Instead of arguing with us and raising her voice.
