Overall good experience! I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights back in march when I was helping someone move to New York. The hotel is on the older side but it isn’t bad. Yes, guests at Doubletree Buffalo - Amherst have highlighted that: So I flew in the buffalo to pick up my mother-in-law and sister-in-law so they can come out to the West Coast to stay for the holidays. I didn’t realize that I had picked a Saturday where the big football game was gonna happen on Sunday with Kansas City. The rates were exorbitantly highand the hotel closest and reasonable price location was this location for near my mother-in-law. Now I got in very late past 8 thirty to 9 PM and use my navigator system Google maps, and we still difficult to find because the hotel is off the road at least 200 feet and several hotels in the immediate area. Once parked , check in was easy as a clerk was about to walk outside in the lobby and I was walking in. I had already picked my room the day before online with the app and I asked him if it was a good room and he said it would not be that noisy. There were a lot of football fans in the lobby in the bar and conference rooms and I thought it was gonna be really loud. It was actually decent. Some reviews say that this location is outdated, but my room was adequate. It had a microwave and a refrigerator that I did not use. The bathroom was adequate and stocked with towels and shampoo, body lotion, and body wash. when I checked out it five in the morning it was obviously no coffee service so that was difficult actually I couldn’t find any place that was open when I was driving to pick up my mother-in-law to go to the airport overall, this is a decent hotel just difficult to find at night or in the dark and I would stay here again if I had to. Hey baby, have a coffee maker in the room with two creamers, but I did not want to use it.
