“Haley is the best”
Haley was amazing!! She needs a raise. Her customer service is perfection !!!!! I will keep this hotel in mind when traveling again. Haley lights up a room with her smile. The hotel is very aesthetically pleasing. The food options were exceptional

“Wonderful experience I may become a regular in this hotel.”
The front desk has been more than accommodating especially the front desk agent Haley really wonderful conversationalist and very easy to talk with. Rooms are very appealing and appeasing to look out and many benefits within the hotel and the staff is lovely.

“Another jax university trip”
Fantastic staff. Met us with a smile when we arrived. Clean rooms and a great location. We visit Jacksonville regularly and will make this a priority stay. Minutes to shopping and the beach. Breakfast had many options. Bartender was extremely personal. Great overall visit. See you soon!!

I have stayed at this hotel a few times and each time I stay my time there becomes more and more enjoyable.
