“Great Hotel”
We stayed just for 1 night. Check in was easy. Tamara at the front desk was so pleasant. We asked about places to have dinner and she gave us a list and told us how far they were. We came to JAX from Valdosta after 3 days with no power due to hurricane Helene. The two women at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t get their names) were so kind. “Recommend”
The front desk attendant Tamara was really welcoming and it is so unusual to meet someone trying hard and infectiously joyful that I had to mention it. The room was very clean and in good repair, quiet, no complaints. I did not have any trouble parking. I would return.

“Good pet friendly hotel”
Last time we stayed at this hotel pet fee was $25. Now it is $75. Breakfast was ok. Studio room was quite spacious. Staff was nice and helpful. Good location with several restaurants within walking distance. Pool was clean and adjacent lounge area was dog friendly.
