“Long day, great service!”
I have to say that the receptionist Pamela was the very best I personally have ever encountered working in the hotel industry, and I travel A LOT. “Stale smoke remedied with room swap”
Room 228 supposedly non-smoking stunk of old stale smoking except in bathroom which smelled like recent smoking. Front desk attendant made it right by moving us to an adjacent fresh room. She took pride in making sure we were satisfied...how refreshing.
