“Lysette is my guardian angel”
Lisette is officially my favorite person in the whole wide world. On the third night of my four night stay the hotel was overrun with a horde of no less than 600 teenagers. “Customer service at its best”
Had to come to Orlando for work, I was in and out but had a lot of luggage. Lysette and Anthony were especially helpful at front desk, they stored my stuff for me so I wouldn’t have to lug it back and forth from my room. Comfy beds and quiet. Thanks!!

“You should book at Hilton Altamonte!”
The staff has been amazing, very kind and courteous during our stay. Our non profit booked a ballroom and that entire experience exceeded any expectations. We were met with open arms, staff constantly checked on us and made sure everything was taken care of

“Stellar”
Front office manager was very accommodating and professional and granted is an early check-in. The property location was great and excellently maintained. We had an event here and the venue was lovely. Staff made sure we had everything we needed.
