“Clean hotel, professionally trained staffs and near all destinations”

Very clean hotel. Courteous staffs. Rooms are well maintained. Near all important Washington DC destinations. Breakfast was fresh and staffs were always helpful and professionally trained. Parking was free and there was always space diamond members.

“Convenient to DCA with free parking.”

Clean and spacious. Room 402 was in a quiet area. Plenty of free parking. Close to the airport. Good value hotel. Check-in was done through the app - super convenient. Check-out was efficient. I would stay here again.

We stay at this hotel often, because it is near where our son lives and so if very convenient. There is much good about this hotel: it is clean, the bed is comfortable* and parking is free. However, as my husband finds out each time he tries to do some work, the Internet is very spotty. On our most recent stay, he chose to pay the $5 for better Internet only to have no luck connecting to what he needed to. He went downstairs where the connection was slightly better and asked for the $5 to be removed from our bill. The front desk attendant did so, but didn't much care that we essentially had no Internet in our room. We would be most happy if the Internet situation were fixed for this hotel. *I say the bed is comfortable and it is; however, the comforter on the bed is very warm, so unless it is the middle of winter, I find it too much. Removing it, however, leaves me with a thin sheet, which is often too little. I have learned that if I replace the comforter with the blanket that is in the closet, I feel just right. I say this in case it helps anyone else.

Arrived late after delayed flight to a friendly manager behind the desk. The hotel appearance is dated, including the furnishings in the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice; the shower pressure was good. The room and bathroom were clean. However, the wifi did not work (could not connect), and in the gym one of two treadmills was broken (stuck with an "incline error"), and the peloton was also broken (monitor worked but dials not connecting to increase resistance - monitor just said 0 even when pedaling or turning the knob). While overall the hotel was crowded and the staff was friendly, this location needs some upgrades.
