“Great location and comfortable”
This hotel is now a Comfort Inn and Suites. This Inn is well located for what we wanted to see and do. For downtown Cuyahoga Fall, it’s perfect. Right of Rt. 8, it’s convenient to Cleveland, Akron and beyond., They have done room upgrades, and ours were really nice. Great staff, and the property is well kept up. Close to grocery and other stores. Extremely happy with our stay.

“Comfort Inn Rebrand Refreshed”
Have stayed here for 15+ years when visiting family in the area. Was nice, then worn down, and now refreshed due to the Comfort Inn takeover. Fresh paint, decor and new beds. “Great place to stay.”
Very nice hotel. Room was clean and was a good size. The beds were a little tall for us short people but very comfortable. It had 2 chairs and plenty of lighting and stashing your things options. Very nice hotel. Room was clean and was a good size. The beds were a little tall for us short people but very comfortable. It had 2 chairs and plenty of lighting and stashing your things options. Main gripes were the room door did not close all the way and had to be tugged to latch. The bathroom didn’t have good shelving options and towels were on the counter space also it was hard to reach the toilet paper! No safe. Breakfast was very good with a number of options. Front staff very friendly. Will gladly stay here again. Best hotel so far on our trip.

“Some Good, Some not so good”
Good and Bad: Good: Easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfest, and clean rooms. Bad: The first suite we checked into had a terrible moldy smell. The desk clerk came up and agreed the room smelled and immediately offered to move us to a new room. One comment about this first room… more
Good and Bad: Good: Easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfest, and clean rooms. Bad: The first suite we checked into had a terrible moldy smell. The desk clerk came up and agreed the room smelled and immediately offered to move us to a new room. One comment about this first room--in the bathroom the toilet paper was at least five feet from the toilet--not sure how you were suppoese to reach it. In our new room (suite) one of the two tvs was broken. An IT person spent two hours working on it to no avail, so he took it home and worked on it overnight. The next morning the TV was fixed. Even in this room it was a long reach to use the toilet paper. Good: Without even requesting, the hotel offered to discount our bill.
