⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton London Wembley! From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Catalina at the front desk. She was absolutely brilliant—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She gave us so much valuable information that made our trip so much easier to navigate. Her exceptional service truly set the tone for a great stay. I was also fortunate enough to be upgraded, which was a lovely touch and made my stay even more special. The room was immaculate, spacious, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The attention to detail and the little extras truly made a difference. The location is perfect, with stunning views of Wembley Stadium and easy access to nearby amenities and transport links. The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent, with every team member being friendly and attentive. Catalina, in particular, deserves special recognition for going above and beyond. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking to stay in the Wembley area. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and eager to return. Thank you, Hilton Wembley, for an unforgettable stay! “Brilliant Location for OVO Arena / Wembley Stadium”

Really impressed with this hotel, great for if you have a concert at OVO Arena or Wembley Stadium, as it is literally opposite! Really impressed with this hotel, great for if you have a concert at OVO Arena or Wembley Stadium, as it is literally opposite! Parking is available at a discounted rate in the Gold Car Park - we paid £15 for 24 hours. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. Attached pictures are an example of the King Guest Room you could stay in. The rooms have a mini bar available (chargeable). There is a restaurant on site which we didn’t eat in but did order room service from. The food was nice but pretty expensive - £46 for 2 pizzas, 2 dips and sweet potato fries, the ‘BBQ sauce’ they gave me was actually brown sauce, which was slightly annoying when I had paid extra for it. There’s a few bars, restaurants, shops and Starbucks very close by, along with London Designer Outlet. I would definitely stay here again, 5/5 😊

“Relaxing stay”

Stayed many times before. Always enjoy and staff are very helpful , from front dest to cleaning staff. Eby from executive lounge was most helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable and I made use of the pool and jacuzzi. I'll be back!

We arrived at the Hilton on Friday the 13th. Not a good omen welcome was great. Reception area was very nice but really could do with some seating areas. As stated in previous reviews. On entering our room 710 on the seventh floor we noticed there was half dozen stains on the carpet. Also the bathroom around the sink area was actually disgusting badly stained really bad and quite dated in fact. On using the shower this was quite poor as the actual showerhead and hose were leaking water quite badly. I did report this on Saturday morning at reception and they said they’ll get this matter addressed when getting back to our room later on Saturday evening nothing had been done. I also had to track down the maids to ask for new clean towels also more milk and teabags. They didn’t have to do anything in our bedroom as we always make our bed and make sure the room is nice and tidy so all they had to do is to give the bathroom quickly clean and clean towels Some more toilet rolls also tea bags milk and bits and pieces but this was not done. We had to find the maids on three occasions to ask for more stuff and then we found we had no toilet roll. We have stayed in the Premier Inn just up the Road and to be honest with you on both occasions the rooms were so much cleaner than the Hilton . This was a gift from my daughter and my son-in-law as we were at the OVO Arena to see the Human League. This is a French
