Stayed in Ramada Encore on business trip from Belfast. Clean warm room , swift friendly warm welcome on arrival after delayed flight and delayed rail. Dinner in restaurant was absolutely fabulous. Special shout out to Sahill for his exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. Sahill recommended the chilli chicken for starters and the curry for main . It did not disappoint. Delicious from start to finish . Very impressive. I would highly recommend this hotel . Great location . Very reasonable prices and the staff set this hotel apart .

As usual the staff were welcoming and very friendly. The hotel is in a great position for the Curve Theatre Complex , shops , restaurants etc. We had a family room on the 2nd floor and experienced no noise whatsoever from inside and outside the hotel despite being the New Year. The room was spacious with a comfy bed , large sofa bed , good sized desk , plenty of hanging space and super efficient heating. The amenities tray had tea , coffee , milk , kettle etc The bathroom was spotlessly clean with lots of fluffy white towels and good quality toiletries, piping hot water and a good shower. We had breakfast each morning which had a good variety of hot and cold food , the hot food is beautifully cooked and presented , probably one of the best breakfasts we have experienced. Again the staff were friendly and helpful. Discounted parking through the hotel reception in the NCP Car Park opposite works out at £15.00 per day . We always enjoy our stay here and will be back in March.

“A Must Stay”
Pillows are perfect. Mattresses are soft. Can't hear outside noise much. Great value for money. Rooms are cleaned thoroughly daily and parking is available for a fee. I recommend the hot chocolate, it's amazing. Staff give great customer service.
