“Great place”
Me and my mrs have stayed here and the hotel itself is lovely with staff being fantastic as well, especially Amit he goes above and beyond for customer experience. Fabulous service guys would recommend this hotel as it’s got great service and goes above and beyond.

“Delivered exactly what I paid for.”
Not much to say that hasn’t been said a million times about a well-run Ibis. It was exactly what I paid for and value for money. Clean, well maintained, conveniently located. I spent no time there other than to sleep. It wasn’t the first time I’ve stayed here and won’t be the last.

“Weekend away”
Good location short walk to the city center and train station, good breakfast, friendly staff no complaints, parking okay only 16 spaces but we had no problem. Would recommend for a city break........................................

“Lift likes to always stop on the ground floor”
The lift always stops on the ground floor where the bar and reception area are regardless of which floor you have pressed the button for. The lift always stops on the ground floor where the bar and reception area are regardless of which floor you have pressed the button for. The room was adequate with everything that a basic hotel room should have. On the second night of my three night stay when I returned to the room the keycard slot no longer triggered the lights in the room. This eventually, after much too-ing and fro-ing from the night staff (it was after midnight) led to me changing room, having had to pack in the dark - as compensation I was offered a drink, and the following night I was given a kit kat and a snickers. The second room was actually better as it faced the trampoline station, rather than the station and was quieter. The hotel is a short walk from the railway station, and not far from the city centre.
