“Excellent service”
I cannot fault the service and cleanliness in this hotel. The breakfast team are lovely in particular Patricia who looked after us every morning. Jonathan and Jay are the bee’s knees, top geezers, even better bar staff, give em a raise. Made me feel so welcome,, theybwere notjibg but conpletely increrible. They’re ability a what they do is next level perfect and they shoukd be recognised for the level of customer servive they achieve

“Perfect location, lovely room, lovely staff, 10 minutes walk to the city centre.”
Perfect room, easy walk distance to Coventry city centre, lovely update decor, good staff, pairs £6.50 for overnight car parking, lift access to the floors, lovely restaurant, over the road with takeaway and off licence, pubs and deaf centre. Room comfortable and warm, bright and clean bathroom.

“Decent for a business trip”
Lovely room, clean and tidy. It was only one night for a conference in the area. The area itself is a little rough round the edges however the hotel was great. Comfy bed. Good bar (although expensive) and service could be a little quicker. All in all though a good experience
