“Fantastic experience”
Lovely hotel, clean room, comfortable beds and great breakfast. Very close to bullring shopping and the train station. Really excellent staff who went over and above for us, can’t thank the enough! Highly recommended.

Good food Ashley cook Fahud great service too just when we needed it 😀😀😀😀😀😃😃😃😃😃😃😃 been to Xmas markets & didn’t feel like going out again great choice of food hotel room was good nice bed lots of room for kids bath to small for any one 6 ft so recommend have a shower instead 🤣🤣🤣🤣

“Great hotel.”

“Very busy location”
Nice spacious room. Busy location , parking expensive. I like the refurbishment but the shower water was lukewarm and pressure was not great other than that I’m happy
