Well located ( short walk from New Street Station). Very well equipped and clean, comfortable apartment in modern block - quiet location with courtyard - close to all central amenities. Worked well for short business trip but I’d imagine even better for longer stays given there’s a fully equipped kitchen giving flexibility to stay in or eat out. Would definitely use again.

Very straight forward booking process. Excellent communication. Ideal location, close to centre and train station. Extremely helpful reception. Good quality apartment with everything that you could possibly need. Easy check out. 100% recommend. Will use again

“Convenient but issues”

Convenient location next to Mail Box. Received an email to say self checkin required on arrival, as no one on reception . As it was a Saturday not to impressed. Convenient location next to Mail Box. Received an email to say self checkin required on arrival, as no one on reception . As it was a Saturday not to impressed. Email was quite lengthy but got there in the end. Not the clearest of instructions but found apartment eventually. We had a first floor two bed apartment over looking courtyard we had upgraded to deluxe. Entrance and communal areas could do with a refresh but for the price was acceptable. Apartment was clean and tidy and the beds were excellent, courtyard apartments are nice and quiet for a city centre hotel. Thing were let down by poor maintenance and lack of TLC. Bathroom heaters did not work. No fuses in the sockets. Bathroom shaver lights did not work so could not see to shave. Shower door did not close, flooding bathroom when used. Kitchen doors all needed attention, hinges needed attention. Doors on integrated fridge not right. Flooring badly burnt in places. Marks on heater in lounge were patched up with wrong colour paint . Odd number of glasses but whatever. Very thin curtains on the windows so you are awake at dawn, ok this time of year but no good in the summer. No blinds or netting on windows so had to keep curtain closed ,otherwise flats opposite had very clear view in. Master bedroom fire door didn’t close properly.Not hotels fault but people kept leaving gates open to courtyard allowing access to anyone. They did not close themselves after use?.Email gave emergency number but no one answered. Emailed but as not emergency issue,still awaiting reply. Didn’t try their breakfast. Didn’t see any staff. So to sum up, If you want an apartment very near everything that’s not expensive go for it, beds are good but everything else needs sorting. If you get any problems outside office hours or on a weekend your on your own. Booked two nights only stayed one. Personally as a bloke it didn’t bother me too much as most reviews said similar but my wife won’t be returning. If you do stay book a courtyard apartment.Use the Mail Box car park and use the 2nd floor exit onto Commercial st. The lower ground floor exits onto the dual carriage way, with long queues.
