Fantastic hotel, close to the main halls in NEC. Great breakfast and brilliant service. The breakfast was excellent and Narinder took good care of us. Perfect for UK Games Expo. Lunch and evening meal options were also very good with many options for vegan customers.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel while attending a convention near the NEC. Helen and the team at reception were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I requested extra pillows and we had them delivered to the room within minutes of checking in. We were greeted by cheerful staff every time we passed through reception which added to the positive experience. The public areas of the hotel are very clean and well presented, as is the restaurant which provides very comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere. The room was a lot more spacious than we were expecting it to be, with a decent sized bathroom, which was a lovely modern design. The decor in the main room was lovely too and lots of amenities including kettle, mugs, glasses, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, plenty of soap, shampoo and conditioner, tea bags ,coffee etc. There was a computer desk and chair, a very comfortable sofa (which folded out to become a bed), a lovely double bed with a very comfortable mattress. I slept really well and I suffer with insomnia and a chronic illness and believe me, if I can sleep well here anyone can! The bed had little reading lights which were a lovely touch. The heating / air conditioning appeared to be out of order but there was also a heater attached to the wall and a fan provided which were perfectly adequate to ensure a comfortable temperature in the room. The window also opened. Please note that not all rooms have sofas so check when booking. The wifi was excellent, we always had a strong signal and I was able to stream videos. The room was quiet, we barely heard a sound from anywhere (we were on the 3rd floor which was the highest). The breakfast was fantastic. It had cooked and continental options, it was all self service and you could eat as much as you wanted. They thought of everything in terms of both food and drink, fancy tea's, hot chocolate, fancy coffees, cold drinks, you name it. It was such a nice relaxed atmosphere too. Only one slight annoyance: On one of the mornings during breakfast there was a muslim religious TV station playing. In fairness we could have been seated further away from it and ignored it, however I did find it very inappropriate. The teachings of the Koran are offensive to me and I do not want to hear about them when I am trying to enjoy a relaxed breakfast. Overall a great experience. Well done to the Ibis Styles team, you're doing a great job. We will be back next year.

Stayed for business purpose room was ok for my needs had the pleasure to be acquainted with the assistance of Tracey on dinner this evening what a lovely bubbly member of staff thankyou for your hospitality felt very welcomed overall pleasing stay food enjoyable also

“Good hotel that does the job”

Breakfast and the general service of the ibis styles was great, Narinder the chef was awesome. Drinks prices was alittle high but that’s hotels for you. Bedroom was basic but the bed was comfortable. The room in the bar area was great and welcoming.
