“Great budget airport hotel ”
Ideal for Birmingham Airport if on morning flight. Close to departures and car parks. Efficient check in, well priced, clean modern rooms, we would use again. There is a busy bar with restaurant, breakfast is available at extra cost, fairly priced.

“Excellent service all around”
Very clean and comfortable room. We checked in late due to a flight diversion and the front desk made sure we were accommodated quickly. Efficient service particularly to note Harman in the restaurant with his excellent friendly manner and impeccable customer service skills.

After flight diversion and chaos of changed plans etc booking into the Ibis and being served by Harman was a real pleasure and helped to chill things down. “Great service”
Super busy restaurant but Harman took our order promptly and we had great service all evening. Thank you! We ordered the curry and the ribs, both were very tasty and filling. Top tip is not to queue at the hat, but find a table and order with Harman as this was much quicker

“Good food & great service”
Stayed at IBIS Birmingham airport hotel tonight. Clean & tidy room & then had a great evening meal at the restaurant tonight. Lovely food & great service from Harman. Even though they were really busy, he was excellent. Thank you!.........
