“IT WAS WONDERFUL”
Chef Da silva was amazing with his service and quite sweet . Had breakfast here it was good especially the beans and the bagel .The chef is quite approachable and makes sure all our needs are catered after . Thank you so much team for the wonderful hospitality.

Came here for a business trip and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Check-in was super efficient and really friendly from Kareena from reception and loved her nails. “Grand for a short stay”
Stayed here as it was close to the station and only needed to stay for a night. The lobby area looks recently done up and the staff at reception and in the bar were really nice and friendly. Stayed here as it was close to the station and only needed to stay for a night. The lobby area looks recently done up and the staff at reception and in the bar were really nice and friendly. The foood at the bar was nice and the buffet breakfast gave a good offering. Once you leave the lobby it gets very shabby and the room was in need of a refund and touch up. It was clean but definitely needs some touch up and repairs. We had no tv remote so couldn’t use the tv and it was quite noisy through the windows and also other guests. It’s grand if you need to stay for a night near the train station.

“Average stay, need more attention to detail”
Fairly long queue at check in then a wait at the lift which was frustrating for the size of the hotel an extra lift would help. Was in a deluxe room which looked as if it had been recently refurbished, apart from the bathroom that was very dated. There was no filled fridge as expected for this room… more
Fairly long queue at check in then a wait at the lift which was frustrating for the size of the hotel an extra lift would help. Was in a deluxe room which looked as if it had been recently refurbished, apart from the bathroom that was very dated. There was no filled fridge as expected for this room category, the phone didn't work and the heating was broken. I had to ask for these issues to be fixed and in fairness they were fixed quite quickly. Room was otherwise clean but the TV was located to the left and couldn't be seen from the beds which was uncomfortable. The shower curtain was useless and water went everywhere as well as the temperature being fiddly. Outside noise was annoying too, definitely need ear plugs here! Food in the restaurant for dinner and service was excellent, can't fault it. Similarly the breakfast offering and quality was very good, my only gripe would be how close the tables are pushed together by the buffet but again for the number of rooms they only have a small restaurant area so it's best to go down early to avoid the crowds and eat in peace. Location is great for the station and was ideal for me so would stay again as I can tell once any issues are raised the staff were quick to address them.
