“Stay 11th September 2024”
Reception staff always smart, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, helpful and always polite and with a smile. I’ve stayed at the Marriott in Birmingham several times and always marvel at the impeccable housekeeping. The rooms are spotless and beautifully turned out. Lovely relaxing hotel.

Our Room & Bathroom was spotless and of course spacious. (With a Fridge) Reception team were polite & helpful. Our second time at Delta Marriott Birmingham. “Overpriced”
This is the second time I’ve stayed here in recent months. My general impression is that it is overpriced for the standard of the accommodation and service offered. “Mediocre”
Room was ok. Tap in bathroom is broken room 101 as well. Tv was not the easiest to switch on. Hot food in the evening was not hot. I had pan fried white fish with potatoes and broccoli.
