“Great stay”
Fab stay at the hotel for the football! Were looked after very well and all staff smiles and laughter! Really enjoyed the trip & would recommend. Comfy rooms too & the breakfast was spot on for what we needed! Felt very welcome from the entire team.

“Felt very cared for.”
The staff was the best, they took good care of us which helped a lot as we were traveling for difficult reasons. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only bit to consider is that breakfast for week duration is bit blend.

“A Pleasant Find”

We travelled here in September to drop off our son at the University of Birmingham. The staff were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. The front staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. We initially stayed in the family room which was ample for 3. After moving our son into student halls my husband and I moved into a double room. The hotel staff knew and assisted with our move seamlessly. Bathrooms were large with well stocked amenities. Housekeeping was done daily as requested. Breakfast was a tad bland and repetitive. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes walk to the Five Ways station. We would definitely be returning when we visit our son.

Have to admit conservative that a hotel of this stature seems a little non caring and caring all at the same time. Have to admit conservative that a hotel of this stature seems a little non caring and caring all at the same time. Upon entrance there was a little table providing pop corn and drinks, very thoughtful and thought great things to come, um no Room was lovely, spectacularly clean But No water No biscuits No tea facilities No Mini bar Not a sign of anything welcoming Even budget hotels provide a biscuit or two I will look forward to management response on this
