“Great location , easy to find , friendly staff, tastefully decorated , lots of parking”
Great location for Botanical gardens ( 5 mins ), also found a fab Persian restaurant 100 yards on ten same road . Hotel could do with a refurbishment , tastefully decorated , bedroom was ok , wasn’t fully clean , pillows were ok but no extra and heating needed hotel to change if needed it hotter. … more

“Only accept if on a budget”
We needed 2 rooms for 1 night for a next day trade show and this was a fair price and included breakfast & parking at a members 30% reduced rate offer. “Good value B nB”
The best 2 nights sleep in a hotel i've had recently. The beds were so comfy and the room temperature nice and cool, not the usual overheated dry air. Breakfast was good and self service got everyone through quickly. How this hotel can operate on such a minimal staff level, is a minor miracle.
