“Good overnight stay”
Booked an overnight stay which was easy to do. On arrival found the receptionist, Shawn, very courteous and helpful. Room was a decent size and spotless, bed very comfortable, toiletries included. “Perfect for a stay near Hemel Hempstead, would be perfect for Warner Studios etc.”
We needed a good Hotel on our way home from a Charity Walk. This came up n a search so we thought we'd give it a go. Met by Shawn on reception who could not have been more pleasant. “Great Staff”
Hotel's management and staff are very nice and respectful. Room was clean and bathroom was updated. The hotel is bit far from the city center. The waterfall is the hotel is very beautiful, especially when having breakfast in the morning. will stay in this hotel again.
