Stayed at this hotel for two nights during the month of June 2024. Overall very happy with the service. Staff: all were friendly and polite and even assisted with an extra phone charge one evening. Restaurant: personally I found the food to be average. It’s nothing to write home about, but also nothing worthy of a complaint either. The menu is very limited so if you are going to eat at the hotel ensure you check the menu prior to arriving. Room: clean, spacious and well lit. Sofa is a nice touch and the TV is of good quality. Facilities: parking is straightforward and simple enough to register your vehicle. The internet was a niggling point for me. The WiFi can be very weak and mobile service also seems to be poor in the area (this could be network dependent). The TV within the room is a smart TV, so it was nice to see Netflix and Amazon as an option for an evening movie but unfortunately the hotel WiFi connection wasn’t strong enough to use these services. Spa: good facilities. Staff were nice. No complaints with the massage, facilities in general or the times which you can use. Overall a good stay! Was a treat for the wife and she was more than happy with everything. Just some minor criticism with the WiFi. Personally I would recommend this hotel.

Great place very clean, comfortable environment & superb staff. The place does need a touch up here and there a lick of paint etc….Food & Drinks fairly priced and great quality food. Lily on reception and Pasqual ? who was in charge of ALL catering, including a big wedding that was on the Saturday of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for ALL of the staff we were impressed for what was a keenly priced 2 nights. Thanks to everyone. Just small observations 1. A lack of ashtrays meaning the lovely garden had a fair few butts kicking around…not good. 2. No disabled lift….I was told one is coming. 3. A small fridge in the rooms for medications and baby feed. Thank you again ,a few small additions at little cost would make it first class.👍🏻⚒️ I did hear from other clients that their rooms were very hot with no temperature control! 🔥

“Good hotel, terrible staff”

First room was like a sauna. Totally unbearable heat so asked to move rooms. Made to feel like I was asking them to move the earth. First room was like a sauna. Totally unbearable heat so asked to move rooms. Made to feel like I was asking them to move the earth. Eventually after a full on heated debate, they offered me another room that was a lot cooler. The member of staff was really awkward to deal with and made you feel like you were a pain. Later that evening I witnessed a van hit a car on the car park. Realising that all cars have to register their number plates at reception I thought I would do the Good Samaritan thing and report it. The same lady at reception told me effectively that cars are parked at owners risk and she isn’t interested in what happened. Shame as the actual hotel isn’t bad but the staff need some serious retraining.
