“Exceptional welcome.”
Excellent recent experience of the Queens, we have been many times but this time was extra special simply due to welcome received and staying in the best room we’ve ever had overlooking the promenade. As always food and service was exceptional, already looking forward to our next visit.

“Relaxing stay for business”
Genuinely friendly and attentive all staff each day i stayed for 3 Room was small but really clean I stay away alot for work and there was something particularly nice about this place. The vibe and ambience spot on. Hope I come back in the new hear for work again

“Charity Luncheon”
All staff were friendly, very accommodating, everything throughout the day ran smoothly. Food service was quick & all was in hand! Any requested adaptions or changes were carried out quickly and seamlessly. Will certainly be returning.

This was a wonderful place to spend a romantic break. The staff were so very friendly, polite and efficient. Our thanks go to Kaira, on reception, who took care in making it extra special for us.
