“Excellent customer service”
I had an amazing nights sleep, The staff here are all really lovely - Special shout out to the two men on the bar who helped me out after I missed breakfast. “Clean and tidy stopover”
Tidy and clean with friendly staff. Yes it's a little dated in places but it isn't a 5 star hotel. Bed linen was clean and crisp, kettle and hairdryer worked, lots of hot water and clean towels. We also ate here and food was 'pub grub' but a good standard. Would certainly use again

“Good experience”
We had a good room, clean and tidy. Left our car here for 10 nights. The price was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant in the evening, food was so so but we just wanted a decent hotel before our flight and that's what we got 👍🏼

“Disappointing”
On first inspection, the room was ok, if a little on the small side. The bathroom door did not close, the bed was terrible and the pillows need chucking away. Consequently not much sleep had.
