“Excellent stay - special mention for Robert”
We stayed at Manor Royal the night before our flight out of south terminal, and everything was excellent. Special mention to Robert (but all staff were great) whose customer service was nothing short of exceptional! He was professional and attentive and always on hand to make sure we had everything… more

“Best premier inn I’ve been to”
Perfect stay. Really great premier inn. The friendliest most helpful staff. Upgraded premier plus room, spacious and super comfortable. Great bar and restaurant. Sofia in the restaurant amazing, made to feel really welcome. Highly recommend and will definitely book again

“Fast friendly service!”
Great friendly service from Monika - she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! She was able to recommend dishes and service was very fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend eating here if you’re using the hotel to fly from Gatwick!

“Clean, comfortable with good members of staff”
This is a new or newly renovated hotel. Very clean, carpets still had new smell! Greeter was excellent, personable and informative, giving information on buses to airport. Room, clean and well decorated. Window opened which was great for fresh air, as rooms can get warm. Comfortable beds as always.… more
