“Great Location Great customer Service”
Very clean hotel and great customer service by Kitti who was excellent and very helpful in making the stay a very pleasant one. Plenty on onsite parking and very close to the airport. Plenty of options for breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

“Gatwick South Terminal close by.”
We sued this hotel as a convenient jump off point for our vacation. The staff - with one exception - were courteous and friendly. James, at breakfast, smoothed over a minor issue and was superb. “OK, but could do with a refresh!”
A great location for Gatwick, staff are brilliant, but the hotel is looking a bit past being pristine. I tend to stay in the Premier Inn on Manor Royal, but opted for here as they were full. It’s a good enough place, having the pub onsite is useful, but there tend to be a few more families with kid… more

Great value stay with added bonus of Free overnight parking. We used this stay before a morning flight from Gatwick and not risking early Monday morning traffic into & around London. “Ideal for airport but no cot matttess provided.”
The stay was ideal being so close to the airport, the room was pretty standard for a premier inn but the price was good.
