“Great customer service Maz and Kappina”

“Enjoyed a pre flight stay, 7 minutes drive from Gatwick airport”
Had a lovely stay, was only us and one other couple all evening in the lounge area. We used the free WiFi to watch a whole game of football on the iPad with no connection issues. “Did the job required for the night.”
We stayed for one night pre-flight with 15 days parking. Check In was easy, polite, concise and quick. So, admittedly, the whole hotel has very 1980's vibes in terms of the fixtures and fittings but it was not unpleasant. absolutely beautiful building, creepy old pictures of people on the walls and very eerie corridor room was lovely and clean except for the bathroom. the shower was stuck on sweltering hot and wouldn’t change from that comfy beds and very comfy duvet. no kettle in room but not an issue as not much… more
