“Excellent hotel”
Friendly professional staff. Clean and tidy rooms . Spa with everything you want. Amazing breakfast. Plenty of parking. Can not fault this hotel experience. Close to yarm for restaurants and bars. Preston Park down the road for a walk by the river. A1 and a19 very accessible.

“Great stay”
Great stay at the park more hotel, great food in the restaurant, lovely staff and very helpful and Friendly great facilities in the spa and room very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will be coming back very soon. Thank you very much

“New chef is great!”
Lovely staff especially Lauren. Came for Sunday dinner and the spa, the spa is great sauna and steam room and pool use. For the lunch Possibly the best Sunday lunch I’ve had for a very long time! Will be back! Really good pricing and a lovely atmosphere!

Amazing Stay Dine and Spa Cleanliness of room was brilliant Comfortable beds Food was brilliant The spa was clean and very nice Very happy with the stay the staff were all polite and very helpful Will definatley be returning to the venue The birdcage restaurant menu looks brilliant
