“Impressive Hotel”
I was very impressed by this hotel when I spent three weeks there. Central to Middlesbrough Town Centre and the staff were very friendly. On arrival it looked lovely walking in. Then, we knew we couldn't check in till 3, so the spa was used. Hmmmmmm. “Afraid standard have slipped since it was rebranded”
We stayed here over night on a coach party provided by David Ogdens recently. We have stayed here last year when it was run by Jury's. Check in was fine as was the bedroom and bathroom.
