“Two night stay for touring North Yorkshire”
We arrived to a friendly greeting from a lovely young lady. Our room was very clean and well equipped except for the shower which had black mould in the corners. A little scrub would have removed it. Fabulous, had a bit trouble registering my car for the free parking ( which their is ample space), Nicola who was lovely helped us to sort this out, then we were shown to our room and explained how the smart lock to our room worked. “Good Hotel”
The staff were very friendly & helpful. The reception was clean upon entering. I was greeted at the door. The location is abit ok. “Clean but noisy”
The hotel is basic, but clean and with friendly staff. The Kerelan restaurant downstairs is great. The breakfast was simple but adequate. The rooms are comfortable but the hotel is incredibly noisy at night with people coming and going and it was really hard to sleep. Weird banging upstairs … more
