“Nice hotel”
Great clean hotel, hotel staff are friendly and room has all amenities. Very centrally located to Stevenage new town and old town is 15 minutes walking distance. There is no dedicated car park but you can park around the back of the hotel on pay and display.

“Excellent stay..”
Easy check in by Sabrina very friendly reception staff... rooms comfortable and very clean..Home away from home...Also shout out to Tom at reception/bar who was amazing... Breakfast buffet in the morning was an additional touch to our stay...I will say it once more, very comfortable stay...

“Cracking all round stay”
I stayed here Sunday 21/04, was checked in fast & efficiently from a lady on the desk (sorry didn’t get her name.) very polite also. “Great last minute hotel booking”
We booked very last minute so that we could visit a grandparent in the local hospital. Parking was a little tricky but as we arrived late, we got in the car park around the back and it was free between 8pm and 8am. “Good hotel”
Very good hotel, in line with Holiday Inn standards. Breakfast was ok. Room big enough and very clean. The cost is not that cheap but aligned with British hotel costs. The area around the hotel is not that good (degradation, mouses...) but this is something not up to the hotel responsibilities.
