“Pre Cruise Stay”
Excellent stay despite a shaky start. Hats off for the delightful Angie, Maeve, Brian and Paulo. Thoroughly enjoyed our pre cruise stay and we shall see you in a couple of months. Nothing was too much trouble. Issues were resolved promptly thanks to Angie. Thank you again. GP

“A great hotel with exceptional service.”
What a lovely hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful. When we arrived for our one night stay, it was late around 8.30pm unfortunately there was no parking due to a late evening conference. Staff quickly helped us by finding parking space on sidings. The room was well presented, large and comf… more

“Comfortable stay”
It was a comfortable stay but a sting in the tail was the extra, unadvertised properly, was the £10 per night carpark fee. The hotel is in an Ideal location for the city center or if you are traveling onward via Red Funnel ferries or a cruise....
