“Lovely 1 night stay”

A lovely 1 night stay with partner and son. Leisure facilities lovely and clean, friendly, helpful staff and clean and modern rooms. Would definitely stay here again. Was perfect for a last minute night away, look forward to the next time we stay.

“Good one night stopover”

Have stayed a few times before so I knew what I was getting. Rooms are big, comfy bed and sofa. Bar and restaurant were packed but found a table in the Quiet Area and had pizza and a cocktail. Checked out early so didn’t have breakfast. Overall a good stopover!

The family room, while compact, was spotless and offered a comfortable stay. Its location provided easy access to both the motorway and the local shopping centre, making it very convenient. The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming, always greeting guests with warm smiles and eager to engage in conversation. The car park, which is a paid facility, offered plenty of space, making parking hassle-free. The spa facilities were well-maintained and clean, although the swimming pool could have benefitted from being a few degrees warmer for a more pleasant swim. Overall, my stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would certainly consider returning in the future. A quick tip: I recommend reserving a table for both breakfast and dinner in advance. This is especially important given the number of cruise guests staying at the hotel. One guest I spoke to mentioned that they always choose this hotel for its convenience, particularly before and after their cruise.

We booked this hotel as part of the two day Paultons park package deal due to its location and facilities for families. We booked this hotel as part of the two day Paultons park package deal due to its location and facilities for families. The hotel is a 15 min car journey from the park, parking is on site at the hotel for £7.50 for one night. Check in was smooth and staff were really welcoming. Our room was a good size for the three of us and was clean. I found that the tea/coffee tray needed a top up quite quickly and also we only had one spoon- not so great when you are making 1 tea and 1 coffee. The pillows were really comfortable but the beds weren’t to our liking- too hard for us but that is personal preference. The playroom was great, a nice little space for young children to play and explore. The restaurant was the main reason I wrote this a 4/5 rating. Dinner- was fine, but largely very similar to Wetherspoons type food but more expensive. My crumble was sadly frozen/very cold still in the middle and therefore sent it back. The waitress however couldn’t be more apologetic. Breakfast- again, was fine but the sausages need a rethink. Very tough/overdone. Overall we had a good stay for the price that we paid.
