“I’m so please with the service at this hotel.💙💙”
The service at the hotel was amazing, front desk was very helpful, oana was superb she came into our room to show us how to work things. Priya was very cheerful in helping us check out. The restaurant was amazing. I would recommend friends & family to stay here.

“Nice hotel to stay at in Southampton”
Priya checked us in and was wonderful in helping us. Room was very nice and we look forward to staying there again. The breakfast was excellent and really enjoyed it. If you are looking for a hotel to stay at before boarding the Queen Mary 2, this is it!

“Great food”
The food in the restaurant was genuinely good and the service from Simmi was impeccable, really attentive without being over bearing. Room is a decent size, looks newly refurbished and the view of the river isn’t bad. Not slept in the bed yet…. Looks comfortable thought.

“Nice stay”
Good experience! Very nice and accommodating staff. Arrived early and they provided me with an early check-in. The rooms could be improved a bit, but there is construction going in tat sense. Very polite staff at breakfast and reception. Kudos to Priya!

“All you need for a quick business trip”
Everything I needed for quick business trip in Southampton. They are currently renovating which is good, it has improved since last time I stayed! Staff were very nice, Priya was particularly helpful and friendly and I Ben managed to check me in early 😊
