“Wonderful.”
We held a family function at the hotel last night, and many of us stayed as guests. The rooms were immaculate and so comfortable so we all had a great nights sleep. We held a family function at the hotel last night, and many of us stayed as guests. The rooms were immaculate and so comfortable so we all had a great nights sleep. Breakfast this morning was also lovely. The staff went above and beyond to make this event special. Huge thanks to Ben, Simon and Mel for all their hard work in the kitchen & to Dorina & Rachel for looking after us.

Overall we had a great stay. They were very very busy but they managed to find extra pillows for us to use which was helpful. Breakfast was very very busy as lots of families with young families. Overall we had a great stay. They were very very busy but they managed to find extra pillows for us to use which was helpful. Breakfast was very very busy as lots of families with young families. Was not much food for my son who had a milk allergy to have apart from fried breakfast abs cereal. He wasn’t happy he couldn’t have any pancakes like his sister or pastries. The only issue was our room was a little dirty in the corners I think this could be down to the age of the hotel

Full marks to the staff member who called my husband on the day we were travelling from Yorkshire to check date of booking as he'd booked the day after (the day of our cruise)!!! Booked room for 3 of us, so double and sofa bed. Room comfortable and clean but very small. Food in restaurant very disappointing for eve meal, limited menu (especially for veggies) and my noodle dish was undercooked. Breakfast limited but more than OK, good quality and relaxed. Service excellent and friendly. Would stay again but eat elsewhere. Great location for cruisers, we chose the stay and park package, we usually stay at the one in Eastleigh but it was full, this was bit closer.

Very disappointing after a perfect stay at a rival hotel the night before. The lady on check inn didn’t seem as though she wanted to be there and doing her job was actually a chore. Very disappointing after a perfect stay at a rival hotel the night before. The lady on check inn didn’t seem as though she wanted to be there and doing her job was actually a chore. The room was OK but the tea and coffee was pointless as there wasn’t enough milk cartons. We slept OK and the shower was good. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was very busy and only one coffee machine was working causing long delays and people queuing in all directions. We were not asked if any of our party had any allergies and it was hard to find someone who could help. The food was OK as long as you didn’t have the scrambled egg as I’ve never tasted anything so bad and bland. Won’t be in a rush to go back
