“Wonderful B&B”
We were greeted by the lovely owners and they were helpful the whole time. Our room was large, clean and well kept. Breakfast was perfect and the owners were what made our stay so enjoyable. Highly recommended.

“Cracking little find!”
When you book a guest house or b&b you're not expecting a hotel style experience. This however was much better in my eyes. When you book a guest house or b&b you're not expecting a hotel style experience. This however was much better in my eyes. A lovely little place, with fantastic staff who could not do enough for you, welcoming but at the same time gave you privacy and were not invasive. The full English breakfast was the best that I've had, simply wonderful, cooked beautifully and did not repeat on me for the rest of the day, which is always a worry. Now my girlfriend was on a course whilst we were here and I spent all day in the hotel room, I was very happy, played on my xbox on the 40inch+ TV and relaxed in the wonderful room. It was a typically English style room. If I had one complaint it would be the sound of the drains, the pump is rather noisy, but honestly was a fantastic stay, I always try to leave a criticism to stay objective, but I have no real complaints. Oh and the highlights...cafetiere coffee for breakfast! Wonderful!

“Exactly what you’re after from a B&B 😊”
Lovely place to stay while in town, really nice welcome and a bit of info on the local area and then left to your own devices to come and go as you please. Really really nice breakfast - made to order plus all the bits and bobs you’d expect & lovely hosts. Thanks Val & Mark! xx

A b&b with good off road parking to the front of the property. I received a very pleasant welcome and was shown to my room which was a reasonable size. A b&b with good off road parking to the front of the property. I received a very pleasant welcome and was shown to my room which was a reasonable size. A very comfortable bed, small desk and seat, along with the usual facilities. Breakfast was excellent. Cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fruit juice along with a really nicely cooked full English. The coffee was also very good. Good value on the edge of the New Forest and only a short drive into Southampton and the ferry and cruise terminals.
